DELIVERY TIMESCALES - We aim to have your photographs delivered to you within 36-48 hours of receiving you order. We use one of the UK's leading professional image publishing suppliers to print your images. We then have them despatched directly to ourselves for viewing to ensure the quality of print is up to our expected standard. Any problems at this stage and we will contact you via e-mail. Please try to place your order before 11.30am if you wish for us to process it the same day. Orders after 11.30am will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will not be received by yourself until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Saturday deliveries are available upon request at extra cost (contact us for pricing). If you require any image editing or enhancements eg. conversion to Black & White there will be an extra 24 hours delay as this will be done by hand to ensure the best possible image quality. If we expect any delays on processing your order we will notify you via e-mail. |

IMAGE SIZE - Some images will be subject to cropping or resizing (shrinking) due to their original dimensions and the standardised print sizes available by professional photographic publishers. When ordering your image(s) please select the option you you want to apply to your print(s) in your shopping cart. You can choose between two options, "Cropping" or "Resize To Fit". The difference between these two options is illustrated below. If you still have any questions and are unsure which option would be suitable for your image(s) please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMAGE CROPPING - as you can see some of the image detail will be lost using this option but the print fills the frame completely with no unwanted border(s). In some images this might be a problem and this is where we would suggest the "Resize To Fit" option described below.
RESIZE TO FIT- this option would be of benefit to those images that would lose vital elements using the "Crop Image" option. All the image details would be retained and the final print would just require you to remove the extra border. |

QUALITY CONTROL - All your images will be viewed by ourselves prior to submitting for printing and if at this stage we think the option(s) you have chosen will detract from the overall quality of your image we can contact you via e-mail to suggest other possible options. However, this would delay the despatch of your order. If you would not like us to suggest other options available to you please enter a note in your shopping cart at the time of ordering.
Please note that the images you view on your monitor are backlight and as such will appear slightly brighter than the finished printed image. |
